Thank you for your continued work here—and thanks also for exposing Witkoff’s presence in Russia during Signalgate.

All roads seemingly lead back to Russia. All of Trump's actions seem to be aimed at weakening America and strengthening Russia. In his internal initiatives he is trying to crush all opposition from opposed institutions and interests, enact a maximalist presidency unchecked by any constraints, invoke obscure laws and put them to use inappropriately, dismantle the government, sow chaos, and remake America in his own image using frankly thuggish tactics. Internationally, he is doing everything in his power to weaken American influence abroad and to strengthen Russia. Will he ultimately prevail? No. Will he do us enormous damage? Yes

These sycophantic clowns clearly broke the law. They clearly violated OPSEC rules. They all know that the Signal app cannot be used in communications subject to the Presidential Records Act of 1978., and they know why. They all know they should not be using their personal phones to discuss National Defense information. They all know that Government phones should not have the Signal app on them. I think their conduct injures this Nation’s security and is a lot more than “gross criminal negligence”.

CENTCOM would have classified the Yemen Strike Plan. The Strike Plan should have been classified Top Secret SBI (Need to Know). That would be recorded at MacDill AFB in Tampa, CENTCOM headquarters. They govern this document’s classification level unless officially superseded by the OCA or the POTUS in a written document.

Two questions. 1) What was the security classification first assigned to this Strike Plan? 2) Has this classification level been changed, and if so, what date and time?

I asked at their Public Affairs Office. I expect no reply. https://hotbuttons.substack.com/p/cabal-signals-classified-conflict?r=3m1bs

The judicial branch will have to eventually get the question of changes in the branches of power to the Supreme Court. The Federal district courts are getting things escalated and winning to the Federal district courts. So far, I’m seeing some level of compliance from Trump. For example, some of the people sent to El Salvador have been returned to the United States, they have a complicated pause on the policy going forward as there wasn’t any paperwork from immigration. I need to look up status in the oversite committee under Jamie Raskin. Gov under press releases. We need Trump to be advised to adhere to the process of sending his requests thru Congress first. That may have to go up the chain too. But the judges are reinforcing the idea that the leadership team and Trump are not to be trusted on HOW they do things. They are also going back to fired employees with their appropriate separation packages. Although now they are just putting new downsizing workers on Administrative leave. The big one is the role of Elon Musk as he has never been vetted for security which covers many separate issues especially if he is getting paid (also a separate issue for Congress)on another contract which may conflict with current oversite of his existing contracts. I’m just an American self educating myself. We all have access to this same information.
